You've stood at the door at 1am with a printed list and two apps open. Zolgar puts the whole night in one place: your site, tickets, guest list, lineup, crew and money. One login, from doors to daylight.
For club nights, parties and festivals — single night or multi-day. Australia first.
You know how the night really goes.
It's 6pm. The guest list is in someone's phone. Tickets live in one tab, the run sheet in another, the promoter's sales in a DM. Doors in three hours, and somewhere a permit nobody chased. It holds together on adrenaline and group chats, right up until the one night it doesn't.
Zolgar is the one place the whole night lives.
The list at the door, the set times on your site and the money in the till all share one place, so they never disagree at 2am.
So you glue two systems together with spreadsheets, right in the gap where the night actually happens.
Every module is a moment in the night. This is the run sheet.
Artists and vendors apply through your own form, you shortlist, and the contract goes out for signature from the same screen. A checklist counts down what's left, so nothing dies on a missed deadline.
A page, program and store on your own domain, with your logo and your colours, live from a dashboard. Fans land on you, not on us.
Tiers, promo codes, verified ticket transfers, and named comp lists with a quota per artist and promoter. The club-night currency, built in.
Tracked links, commissions, street-team leaderboards. Their names land straight on the door list — no screenshots, no arguments over who sold what.
Drag-and-drop set times across days and stages. One run sheet the whole crew sees, updating live through every changeover.
Type a name, tap, they're in. Scans offline— works when it's loud, works when the router doesn't.
Every ticket, comp, payout and expense in one ledger. The number you land on at close-out is the real one.
One audience book from everyone who bought or applied, with email campaigns and social posts drafted from your real lineup.
Zolgar isn't for "event managers." It's for the people actually holding the night together.
Their reps, their links, their names at the door, all tracked and paid out. No more screenshots and arguments over who sold what.
One run sheet the whole crew can see, updating live, so nobody's asking "who's on next?" over the radio.
Type a name, tap, they're in. Works offline, works when it's loud, works when the router doesn't.
Every ticket, comp, payout and expense in one ledger, so the number you land on is the real one.
The door list, the artist's rider, the crew roster and the night's money share one place. No exporting a CSV from your ticketer at 1am to paste into a tool that doesn't know your event.
The big platforms take 4 to 5.35% out of every ticket, so they earn more the better your night does. Zolgar is a flat subscription — we never touch your ticket price. There's a small booking fee at checkout, about half theirs, and you can absorb it if you'd rather your fans never saw it. Stripe's own processing fee still applies to your payout, same as any card checkout anywhere — that's Stripe's cut, not ours.
Verified ticket transfers ship built in: a ticket moves to a named person and the old QR dies, so a screenshot is worth nothing at the door. Face-value resale is next, and it's being built to match the scene's ethos and NSW/VIC law — not bolted on after someone gets burned.
Guest lists, reps, volunteer rosters, offline door scanning: the things a warehouse party runs on, not a generic event tool wearing a dark theme.
Sell 500 tickets at A$50 and a percentage model quietly takes around A$2,000 to 2,650 out of your revenue. Your Zolgar subscription costs the same whether you sell 50 or 5,000.
We're tired of watching great nights run on spreadsheets and luck. Zolgar is the tool we wished we had at the door: made for the scene, priced for the people in it, not for the platforms taking a cut of everything you earn. We're building it with the first crews now — if that's you, come shape it.
